Shipping policy

DELIVERY
We process your orders within 24 hours and ship them via our trusted logistic partners. Any order placed shall be delivered to you within 3-7 business days with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 8-10 working days.

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB No.) and courier partner name are sent to you via email or phone. Please visit the courier partner website and enter the AWB number shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation is possible at any time before shipment is arranged. Orders, once shipped, cannot be canceled.

TAXES & DUTIES
Product prices include all taxes and duties applicable for deliveries anywhere in India.
