Refund policy

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos/videos of the issue. We’ll review your request promptly and make it right as quickly as possible.

Refund would be processed within 3-5 days after the product is received back to our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
